I went to our local goodwill stores today just to see if they have put any halloween items out and ended up following the guy around with the cart of items as he was putting them out. I usually find great buys there and this year was no exception. I got a great light up floamkin pumpkin stack, a regular light up floamkin that blinks on and off a light up skull stack like the pumpkins, several halloween candle holders, and a scarecrow face that I wanted last year that was fiber optic and about 20 plus dollars here and I picked it up today for $3I was so happy I got everything for less than $20
woot. I LOVE HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!

Thanks for the heads up. Our local Goodwill sells the brand new items that didn't sell at Target (tags still on them) and last year I bought a bunch of Halloween items to give out as prizes at our neighborhood kids Halloween party! I'll have to check there this weekend.

Our GW has Target salvage as well. But the prices differ from store to store. When I find a REEEALLY good new toy bargain from the discontinued Target stock, I buy them out and add them to my TOT loot.
I went to my local GW today, but they didn't have ANY H'day stuff.

I was lucky I got there right when they were putting things out and I beat another lady to several of the items I got. I think the guy putting the items out thought I was insane ......... he was probably right

I went to the Goodwill here in Tn. that is next to Rivergate mall. They had 2 aisles of Halloween stuff plus they had stuff all along the front and racks of Costumes plus more buggies of Halloween stuff just sitting around. I could not believe how much stuff they had. Of course that is the day they were putting it out. I went down the road about 10 miles to Gallatin Goodwill and they had like 1 little shelf of Halloween things. And they said that was all they were getting. So if you live in a place where there is more than 1 Goodwill definately check them all out because there is a big difference in in the things they have.

There are two of them here in Clarksville and my mom has a Dr's appointment I'll take her to next week in Springfield so while I am there I will hit that one up and see what they have. I am really loving my fiber optic scarecrow head and have already sat it out. I also got really cute candy corn potholders and dishtowel from Deals today for a dollar each, along with a skeleton dishtowel and pot holder and they had several other things out.

No Halloween at my Goodwill yet, but they DID have a set of twenty black stemware for $15! I'm so excited! I'm going to get more of the potion transfer labels from Michaels and put them on the glasses to Halloween them up. They were 75 cents per piece which is cheaper than the plastic Halloween glasses are at Dollar Tree! Score!!!!
