Could any of you who have ordered hoodies before tell me if they run larger than size or anything. My current favorite hoodie came from hot topic and is large and is that perfect comfy size. But sometime L just doesn't feel right but then I don't want to get an XL and drown in it. If you all could give me a clue that would be great.

Are you talking about a specific brand? There's a million different clothing companies out there and knowing which ones run large or small is near impossible unless you have experience with that manufacturer.

I always go larger than smaller - if it's small, I can't wear it period, but if it's large, it may shrink, or at the very least, I can still wear it.

I think she's talking about the hoodies for the Forum fund raiser. I'd be interested to know as well.

Ah... I see. I was a bit thrown by the comment on getting a hoodie from Hot Topic. Thought it was being general.

    The bad was mine.

Yea I'm sorry how stupid I must seem. I mean the HalloweenForum hoodies. I assume they are unisex so I figure a man's L would be like a woman's XL. But I thought someone may have ordered one in the past and would know.

This has been discussed in another thread.

I do not have a size chart. The sizes are pretty standard. If you wear an XL sweatshirt then an XL hoodie should work.

Over the years that we have done hoodies and shirts, everyone has seemed to be happy with the sizes. If in doubt, maybe you can run to Walmart and see and try on some sizes.

All the adults in my family go with the XL for comfort.

I ordered hoodies the last two years and the sizes are pretty typical.
I usually wear a large (and that is what I ordered) and the hoodies fit fine and did not shrink up noticeably. Hope that helps.

Yes that did help actually. I hate buying something that fits perfectly and then shrinks until the sleeves are up to your elbows.

Yeah, from my experiences I would say the shirts here run a little smaller than the tee shirts I get from wal mart. I started to place my order for three shirts a couple of days ago but was shocked at the shipping price. I will probably still order as I have every year, but it would sure be nice if the shipping charges would reduce as you order more and they can be shipped together. Hey Larry? any chance of getting a break on shipping when ordering multiple shirts?
