I stumbled upon these auctions on eBay and I thought I would pass along some photos and links. They are expensive, but I think many could be made by our crafty forum members. They were not in the usual Halloween auctions spaces, so I thought they might be missed.

Ah...good ole Rocky Point.
I'm still pissed about that auction that was "open to the public" when it shut down. Seriously messed up business, there.

Nothing but wishful thinking on my part. The props look great, but the prices are way out of my league. With my yearly Halloween budget I could buy one, maybe to items and that is it. Not going to go to far with just two items. Maybe I will look this seller up once I win the lottery.......ha ha ha

Definitely out of my league too - but thanks for the pics! It's always interesting to see what comes out of the haunts when they close up. Sometimes they had quality props and sometimes - crapola. These props look very cool.

Oh man I LOVED this haunted house. They shut down last year, to everyones disappointment.
The haunted house had been running for years and I never went to it, thinking it would be stupid. I finally went to it last year, the final year, and it was AWESOME. I have yet to go to a haunted house that compared to this one. I was so sad to see it go.
I do remember they had a local auction for their stuff, but I never made it.
A good amount of some of their props were actual props from horror movies.
I wish I had the money for some of the props. But a few seem over priced, even if they are movie props.

They have a corpse guy from the movie Army of Darkness that I would LOVE to have, but I can't spend $400 on anything now, much less a single prop...even if it is from one of my favorite movies.

Some years, it really DID suck, especially right after the original location was condemned. Took em a while to get the new location right.
As for the auction, I WAS going to go to it. Looked it up, but the only way to participate was to give them your bank account info and essentially pre-approve an amount you could spend. This was made all the worse by how the lots were broken down. Very little of it was smaller lot stuff one of us average Joe's could afford. Instead, it was mostly entire rooms for sale, not individual props. This was contrary to the owner's wishes, actually, but a big auction house was running the show.

Gorgeous, but too rich for my wallet!
"He has my father's eyes."
"Gomez, take those out of his mouth!"
