Default My setup from last year

I'm a big fan of animated decorations and I'm adding a new one this year, a spider that crawls around on a web. Incredibly hard to find, it stands about 2.5 feet high and wide and can be hung. The question is where. Suggestions appreciated!

I wish I knew a sound that sounded like a clap that I could put out there to set off my bats and ghosts. My hands get red from clapping all the time!

One other thing. I'm thing about getting one of those fog bubble machines and putting it on the mailbox to give the bubbles some more airtime. Thoughts?

If u dont wanna hack ur "clap props" get a loop cassete or a cheap mp3 player. Record the sound of a clap....ur hands doing a clap. Adjust the duration for the timming to trigger them. and play.

so say each runs for 45 secs, and you want them to activate every 2 minutes....record the clap every 2 min. and use a player, cassete or mp3 player to trigger.
Make any sense?

You can cut the wires that go to the mic (that hears the clap) and twist or solder them together and your ghost will run continuously.
I did this to mine last year. Only drawback is it eats the batteries fast!!

I looked at it but how the heck did you get in? Can you remove the outer cloth? I tried to get into one and it wasn't pretty because I couldn't find an opening and I'm pretty savvy with the tools

Oh, how fast do they eat the batteries? Will I get 2-3 hours out of em?
