Thread: Movie Props for sale in my city

So I found out that they are having a huge sale from 3 movies that were filmed here in Winnipeg and the surrounding area. One of the movies was The Haunting in Connecticut. They are selling corpses, coffins and shrouds. So I'm going to check it out. I have no idea how much it will be for a corpse. But I will look, I bet it would be really amazing quality. I'll let you know how it goes.

I don't have any pics or links. I just heard it through a friend. I will take photos on Saturday and share with everyone.

Haven't seen any of these horror films, but looks like five or six scarry movies are liquidating their props, sets etc.

You can get a Rene Zellwiger worn outfit, not sure any of my props are even that small.......

I'll be there checking out the burned corpses, will take pictures also, not only of what I buy. Wonder what the pricing will be like?

So I bought a few items, the prices were very resonable. People did come in a half hour before 10am, so the coffin was sold already. It was pretty cool, only $75.

I bought a corpse for $10. No limbs showing it's all wrapped up, kind of like a mummy. It was pretty heavy, so one of the workers helped me out. He put it in the back seat sitting up. Very funny. I also got a real autopsy table for $40 with some bottle from the morturary. Very awesome. As soon as I get it out of the van I'll take photos and post.

wow mummy you scored big , now why dont we have sales like that around here lol....i would of gone but your too far away hehehehe too bad you didnt get the coffin ....now i am jealous
