Any year-round haunts to visit in California?

I'm going to California next week - driving up the coast. Are there any year-round haunts that are worth visiting?

Maybe in SoCal , after that-nothing that i know of .Central & Northern cal got nothing until Oct-local & pro haunts,no year rounders.

But the coast side cruise is sweet,especially Carmel/Monterey & Santa Cruz areas.

Not exactly a haunt and sort of out of the way if you're driving up the coast...but the Winchester Mystery House is cool. Especially if you like Victorian architecture.
