Super Target has the Edy's Pumpkin flavored ice cream as well as the Peppermint flavor. That was the closest thing I saw to Fall/Halloween in the whole store. Of course it's still back to school time. (hurry up and go back to school already !!)

Ohhh, do I love pumpkin ice cream! Tillamook ice cream made the best. Ahh the memories. I may have to get me some

For those of us who have never had Pumpkin ice cream, is it more like cooked pumpkin, or more like pumpkin pie?

There is an ice cream store down the street that does a "Pumpkin Pie" ice cream around the holiday season, it is incredible...Fosselman's Ice Cream (and the store was once used as a filming location for the film "Phantasm"! but that's another story...).

And 31 Flavors has a Pumpkin Pie flavor that is very good too.

Eww I do have to say pumpkin icecream sounds gross as does pumpkin pie. But it turns out I love LOVE love pumpkin pie so I'll have to give this a try. ;-)

I would say creamy pumpkin pie or like /near The Cheesecake Factory's pumpkin cheesecake. Great creamy pumpkin spice flavor. This is the Edy's brand that I am referring to.
