I noticed there are 2 sizes to choose from: 5'6" or 4". Whar are most people buying? If you I buy the 4" ones then I can but kids costumes vs. adults, but what size? If I plan on putting pirate's clothing on, then I can just buy the torso version as well. Your thoughts.

    Thanks!

I have all three sizes, plus a "petite pete" or two for fun. This year, the Buckys will be the men, the Barts will be dressed as the women, and the 36" ones will be dressed as kids... Last year, I had them all dressed as pirates (check my albums) and the year before I had two Buckys dressed as a bride and a groom.

Well, the 5'6" ones are the obvious choice for making scarier props. Hard to make a child like skeleton scary. I'd say go with your budget. If you can afford the larger ones, definitely go that route. I'd prefer to save my money for next year to get a full size one rather than spend any money on a smaller one, but that's just my personal preference. I see no issues with people buying the smaller ones.

If you have a Garden Ridge near you go there and get one of their skeleton for $59. Looks like a Bucky and it will save you $20-$30

The Bucky & Bart are the classic anatomically accurate reproduction skeletons. the Blucky and latex versions look good but lack the detail.

For a list of dealers marketing the Bucky & bart, see this link.

    Thanks,
