I am having a hard time getting into halloween this year; last year was a huge success; 450 tots, parents, friends, passerbys, and halloween enthusiasts on halloween night. I always try to exceed the prior year, and change it up. Any suggestions on how i can change my route for this year?

What i have to work with: 2 car garage, entire full length driveway that i tent in, and side of the garage in the yard. I would not be oppose to venturing into the backyard. any suggestions are very much appreciated. I have attached the route from last year,.

Seems like you have a pretty cool template there from last year. I like the whole idea of having a cemetery within the haunts route. I have no idea what kind of props you have and what is your boundries when it comes to props so I can't really help you yet. So just post some vague details about some props you own and I think I mite be able to help ya out.

Try doing a different theme in each room. Like I said before I don't know what you have but here are some ideas:

Asylum-My favorite, Works out easily. Make it simple by adding an old fashioned tv with just fuzz. Use red lights to set the scene, Set up an actor in a straight jacket
Clown-Add different color dots on white walls (Blood my be cool too =) ) Hang swim noodles from celing.
Butcher-Hang body parts from ceiling. Have some old tools on a bloody table (ex. Chain saw, drills, etc) Put a character with apron and chainsaw or butchers knife. Also a good idea is to make a prop with a trash can that has body parts sticking out of it.

There are so many more options. I just hope this gets you started.

    GOOD LUCK! =)

walk down a long unlite hallway with teeter boards and strings hanging from the ceiling

turn left down another dark hallway and you haave drop down donna
