We do the typical graveyard and pumkin patch sorta stuff each year, adding to both every year, but I am looking for some new ideas for Halloween 2008.

Ours is a basic graveyard. Those are from last year's setup. We really started playing with lighting, and had a full fence up.
This year, we're adding a flying crank ghost (FCG) and a crypt/mausoleum to house it, and I just finished a 4 foot obelisk gravestone. Obelisk for under $6
I hope to have enough time to add a few new custom stones (with funny/creepy stuff carved into them) and the spiderweb is moving (maybe) out so we can make it cover one whole section of the graveyard and we're adding a lights/motion spider.
There is so much you can do with a graveyard theme, I think that's why it is such a popular choice!I'm a Halloween Bride! 10/31/2002

Very Nice. I bet the tot's have a great time. I'm in an apartment and don't get any tot's. That's why I have parties instead. I'm moving into a house at the end of Nov. so next year...I'm gonna have some fun!

We just do a typical grave yard, last yr we had lots of tombstones with a reaper and a gravedigger. This yr we are losing them and gaining a coven of witches (3) with a fogging cauldron and a mourner lady with a toe pincher coffin. Oh oh and Im working on a new fence too.

We have a creepy entrance and do a little in the back yard and on our lanai-- we spend so much time on the inside and have run into weather trouble over the years outside that our goal is just to scare enough to make them want more. I hope to have time to add a little more on the lanai this year but we have a very busy October this year with family committments. Can you believe friends and family decided to plan weddings and big birthday parties during my special month!Eat, Drink and 'B' Scary

Last year was focused on the party inside. So I only had my humble cemetery outside. No more parties from here on out. I'm now entirely dedicated to the yard!!
Disclaimer: Sorry for some of the artsy fartsy type of pics. No night shots (I wasn't actually there on Halloween night
). These pics really made me take notice on how thin I was making my tombstones, so from now on, thicker is better (hush perverts).

Madame Leota, I love your 3 witches, do you have any kind of tutorial on how to build them, I have a cauldron made with a stick attached to a disco ball in it, but I need to get to work on the witches.
