    Hey,
So I found these candys that look like REAL crickets and grasshoppers. They look so real I'm scared to try them. Anyways here's a pic. I had to take it fast because the store clerk was walking around. It's not the best quailty (but what do you expect when you use a cell phone?)

only $2.99 a box. A really good treat for partys.
halloween is a super cool holiday.

    They are Candy??

I have been looking at the edible Larva & Crickettes for this year. Our theme is
    'Face Your Fears'

I have also found Chocolate Covered Bugs. I have seen them in packs of 4 and packs of 2.

But Candy Crickettes? That would be Cool

I have a friend who is in the military and he brought a box of real chocolate covered crickets and proceeded to eat them. Grossed me out soooo bad. I had a couple of friends brave enough to try them...but I draw the line with eat bugs!

My neighbor in college was in the grad program for entemology... We made her a lemon-flavored birthday cake that had fruit flies in it. It was actually quite tasty! They looked kind of like poppy seeds, so it wasn't tooooooo gross!

Those look cool... I would set one on the driveway when my wife and I were outside, then I would act like I caught it in my hand... then I would eat it.... LOL

I saw them at this place called The Butterfly Pivillion so odds are they'll be hard to find. They also had grasshoppers too. They look so real. On the box I think it said they were made out of coconut, vinager and something else.

I'm to big of a sissy to try them but if the box says candy I guess they can't be to bad. I think I'll use them to put on top of cupcakes instead of using sprinkles. It will add a lovely touch. If any one would like, I'll go back to the place and ask them where there distrbuter is if any one was intresed in getting some.
