I found a lot of cool stuff yesterday! I hit Hobby Lobby, TJ Maxx, Michael's, a couple of Goodwills, and an antique store. Here's what I got:

I needed some sconeces and candlesticks so I hit up the local Goodwills. I also found this chandelier for $5.50! Not sure yet if I'm going to wire it up to be plugged in or just use real candles in it. And I love the candleabra...it'll look perfect sitting on the mantle in a haunted Victorian parlor. I spent $14 on this entire lot!

Some assorted items from Hobby Lobby (sorry for the crappy picture!):

I found this guy at TJ Maxx. He's about 1' tall. I gave $15 for him.

I had seen a flower arrangement at Michael's using this tower of skulls and really liked it but they wanted $50 for it. I decided to make my own. I've got $19 in it!

I really like this mirror from Grandin Road but they're asking $90 for it and I think that's just outrageous for something to hang on the wall.

So I found this one at the antique mall for $10! It's about 24"x18". I'm going to paint the frame black to resemble the one above.

Here's another item from Grandin Road that I just fell in love with...they want $40 for it:

I thought I'd try my hand at making my own so I picked up the supplies at Hobby Lobby. I still need to do some trimming on it and paint it black. Including the floral spray paint I'll have $26 in it.

Nice stuff! Its such fun to come home with "Finds" like that! Very good ideas in the remaking of some of those things!

I have that 5 candle candelabra & I set it on my spell & potion table last year along with small votice candles & 2 antique oil lamps......made the scene look really authentic! You're gonna love it!

I'm trying to decide whether I want to do a patina on the chandelier or paint it black. Any suggestions?

It's a pillar candle holder. I figure I'll put one of my PVC candles on it. I thought the candleabra was awesome too...and best of all, I only gave $2 for it! I was shocked at how cheap they had it priced.

I got these candle holders at Home Goods few months ago....can't wait to use them...they came with round glass canasters that fit in the center as well (not pictured)...they are about 5ft tall...
