    I just went to Walgreens today to get an anniversary card and ... maybe a few sets of these

    The flicker looks pretty good for such a cheap product. Not terrible bright, but it was also inside the store. They look good and for the price is worth getting them! I'm going to make some of those pvc candles a few have posted about. These look like they'd be great en-mass.

    They don't look too bright in daylight but at night, they look great. The flicker isn't mechanical looking, it's nice and intermittent.

    These aren't seasonal if that's what you mean. If you go to the candle section, they sell these in packs of six or individually (2/$3 here).
