Wow, just wow. If you can afford it, I don't know that you need to justify it! If it would make things tight, then yeah, you need to figure out a good reason. Maybe, people would figure that someone who'd carry that wouldn't be messed with, so they'd leave you alone?

You're asking the wrong crowd.
We can justify spending just about anything on something we want bad enough. lol
Seriously, I think only you can answer that question.

I am thinking about randomly popping by the store and if it is there then I will consider it a sign; it was meant to be mine. I do travel a lot and at least 3 airlines are now charging for the 1st checked bag. This one is a carry-on.....

everyone has that something they're willing to spend a little more for. just not the same thing to each person. once in a while one has to treat oneself, it gives a lift and makes you feel special. unless it would make one too tight financially and possibly a setback tough to recover from.

You're talking to some people (namely me) who would throw the electric bill in the drawer for an extra week because that 700 watt fogger was on sale, and I simply MUST have two of them..

If I wasn't such a penny pincher (and have perfectly good sort of newish luggage already), I would HAVE to have that! It's soooooo nifty, and think of the STARES.
