And yet, you are are still georgeous.....imagine that.
The theme is an awesome idea. Very original. It doesn't look like it would be too expensive, either. A bunch of old bottles, a ball of big twine, and a few other thinks. There is a lot of room for creativity in a room like that.

Hey kallie!! Long time no speak!
I did this last year (well, my own twist on it - turned out that my old flat's ceiling wouldn't have coped too well with lots of bottles suspended from it lol!) and dressed up as Tia Dalma! (I have a few photos in my albums on here if you wanna check it out) - depending on what size clothing you are, I still have the bodice and the shrug I made hanging about the place, and also the replica necklace like the one she wore in the film - if you would like them pm me and we'll sort something out!
I'm sure it will look amazing with all the things hanging from the ceiling - oh and when I did my voodoo lair last year I put one of those "fireglow" orange bulbs in the main light socket and it totally made the atmosphere! Also got loads of skeleton hand candle holders from Asda-Walmart and put them everywhere with little tealights in - they look beautiful when they're scattered around, as well as a skull fog machine which worked really well.

Michael's has a collection of little "apothecary"-style bottles in their halloween area that might interest you, if 3 bucks apiece isn't too steep for ya. Lots of odd-shaped ones, and the whimsical labels come off easily.

Oh Kallie a Tia Dalma Abode Theme would be perfect! What a captivating haunt you'd have, and you'd look gorgous dressed like her, Oh do it, awesome idea! What about thrift stores for the bottle, craft stores for the moss, say Wal-Mart or Michael's, well heck just about anywhere would have the moss at Halloween time. Love the idea though darling, hope you go for it

Kallie, that would be an awesome theme! I've seen some new styles of bottles at Michael's this year back in the floral department. Also, recently while browsing the wine aisles at Liquor Barn I've noticed all kinds of cool shaped bottles. Some of the wines are cheap enough ($5 - $10 per bottle) to buy them just to pour out and use the bottle!
And the PVC candles I've been making would be great for this scene. Go check out my pictures. They're cheap and easy to make.

If you like vinegar and oil on your salads, some of the less-cheap salad vinegars come in some very spiffy bottles.

Hey Kallie, I just bought a 8" glass float at Gabriel Bros. for $6. They had one more green one and two clear ones left. I thought it was fitting for your Tia Dalma scene and thought you might be interested.
