Last night I had a dream that halloween came and went and I never got around to putting out my stuff - not even a pumpkin! I just missed the whole thing! Kind of like Linus in the pumkin patch, I guess.
I was so glad to wake up. Whew! What a scary dream!![]()

I don't know about what it means for you but for me it would mean to get my rear in gear and get my projects done! LOL My list keeps growing every time I read a post!

As your psych nurse, I would remind you that your mind NEVER sleeps..while you let go and snooze...it HAS to stay occupied...so it pulls out INTERESTING images, shuffles them around like a riverboat gambler and sees what comes out..that can be interesing GOOD...(you win a million and make out with Jason Priestly)...or interesting BAD...(a car crash...or not getting Halloween done...)think of the halloween dream as what we used to call a "dry up dream"...where something bad happens and you are left helpless while it does..a lady I knew who came from a very poor home but married into money used to have the same dream all the time..she would goof up and serve very rich people hotdogs....

Ooooo! I've had that dream before. It's in the same family of dreams I used to have when performing theatre (forgot my costume, props, lines, you name it) or studying for an exam at school (forgot EVERYTHING I knew about subject, test wasn't written in English, MY test was blank). I think it's just that you're excited/nervous/pre-occupied with Hallowe'en...and it probably means you'll do a spectacular job. I always noticed that when I had one of those dreams, it made me MORE prepared and I always got the extra details done, really studied my lines, remembered every article possible (and thought of new ones) or studied like I'd never done before and aced the test.

I had my first Halloween related dream a few weeks ago and it was very similar. I woke up and it was Halloween and I had nothing done and was scrambling... I didn't even have candy for the kids. Talk about a nightmare!!

I seem to have fewer dreams than most people I know, but over the last year or so most of my dreams are very realistic depictions of living in a very poor, run-down shabby trailer court out in the middle of no where with people who also have very little .
I try to be helpfull to everyone and everything is old, broken, junky and miserable.
It's almost as if someone else is putting such a realistic dream into my head?"My Insanity is well-respected, until they wiggle free and become a stringer for a tabloid"

Funny thing is, I don't even plan to take on any big projects this year - last year was enough, this year I'm taking it easy and enjoying the season. Maybe I'm still stressing over last Halloween!
