I started having that dream in February this year. Normally it's in July.

I think it happens because you get so excited, you don't want to miss out.

I was so mad last year I ran out of time. Folks didn't notice what I missed but I sure did. I want to make sure I get everything done this year. I am just about ready to test my 3-axis skulls, then I will prep the bodies and attach them. Also, started working on the rig for my FCG.

I still need to make the mausoleum for the FCG and more fencing for my cemetery and on and on. I can't believe there are only 4 months left before the big day.

THAT is the most terrifying dream there could ever be. I've had it many times. Missing Halloween would be awful. Especially when I see anyone that I haven't seen in awhile, they always ask about how eveything's coming - the party, the decorating, the hearse, etc.

Sigh! I wish I lived where you guys are. I dream I give a party and nobody comes. It happened one year...it was devastating. I live in an area where people just are not into Halloween. It can be really depressing. I come here to get my fix, as you guys are great. I don't feel so alone here.

Thanks, everyone!

Yeah I have that dream around Feb. and I keep having them until the big day. Or it's that its halloween and I don't have any decorations out and I don't have a costume so I have to redort to a white sheet.

I've had many dreams where I've missed Halloween. They're absolutely horrible, aren't they?

I'd say it means you don't wanna miss out on Halloween.

Funny, the first question that popped into my mind was, "Were you naked in the dream?"

Seriously, were you?

OK, NOW, seriously, we went to Michaels for our LeMax piece yesterday, and durned if I didn't dream about Michaels' Halloween stuff last night!
I think we just like this stuff so much, it has to invade our sleeping hours as well!

LOL! Okay, I just woke up from a nap where I had that dream again. My friend was over saying he'd run and get changed...but when was I putting up my decorations??? I was freaking because I was SURE that I had a couple months left. My mom asked if she could help with anything and I told her to "slap a quick coat of paint on those tombstones" while I frantically gathered up spiders and TOTs arrived on our doorstep.
