We have one named Koshka. She has extra toes and can't meow! She's a cool little cat.

Black cats are good luck for me. I went to Vegas and saw a machine called the Hexbreaker with a black cat on the logo that looked just like Koshka. I figured I had to play. First pull on a nickle I hit for $80!

To be honest, as a UK resident, I've never heard of the white cat being bad luck!!

EDIT - I just found this one as well, which contains time periods of "good luck" to do with black cats. I'm amused by number 35. "Black cat simply loves you = 100 years of good luck." How can you possibly have 100 YEARS of good luck!?

I see 3 black cats every day, mine are salem, spooky and midnight.

Both my kids have black cats, they are both great cats!
Anything, cats, Friday the 13th, can get me in the mood for halloween, but hten, I guess I pretty much always am!

If kitty was smart he moved far away from here. Before the big flood on saturday we had twister tuesday...tore up many homes around me.
Flood Fact:
Did you know that spiders can run on water and did you know that when you are standing knee deep in it they will use YOU as a floatation device? Did you know that when a gal looks down to see HUNDREDS of spiders clinging to her legs that a human scream can shatter windows for miles around??????

**GASP**!! Bless your heart, I would have SERIOUSLY, SERIOUSLY freaked too!! It would be bad enough standing knee deep in murky flood water feeling mysterious things with your feet that you couldn't see, but to have hundreds of spiders clinging to you....Oh, that makes my skin crawl, that's Fear Factor stuff right there...I hope none of them were the biting kind!!
