i will have to check if it 's only available in the Michael store in the usa .i am pretty sure i won't be able to use it here in canada anyway will check that on friday when i will go there

It doesn't say only valid in the US. It just says only valid at Michaels stores. If you go to a Michaels store anywhere it should work.
