OK, so it's not a prop, but if this works, you should see 2 pics of a cactus I made for the party this year. I'll fit the arms better to the trunk at a later time.

Alright, now I'm curious as to the theme of the party...

It's a Haunted Hoedown!! That prob. won't be the name of the party...I'm combining the whole Tombstone/OK Corral event with Halloween.

What do you mean it's not a prop? If it fits your theme, then it's a prop. And a darn good one, too, might I add. What did you use for the "skin" of the cactus??

MHooch - the cactus is actually made from a couple of large pool noodles I got from Wal-mart. It's was my hubby's idea. He put the rebar frame together for me, and then melted the ends to round them off, then I painted them. Thanks for the kind words.

That's just cool. I love the theme of the party.

They usually don't start drifting around till August or so, I'll keep my eye out for some, and suffer the odd looks of passerby's as I dodge traffic rounding them up.
