Last year I remember some one using one of the expanding snakes in their haunt, the ones you put in water and they grow, well the dollar tree by my house had them, I remember that some haunters on here were doing themes that the snakes would be useful, so thought I would give a heads up, it would be great for voodoo, swamp, and the fear haunts, as well as some I haven't thought of. They had other creatures too, but I think the snake was most useful.
Also, for those doing voodoo, or the like, they had plastic, bown, tiki glasses/mugs with a face on it, sort of like a witch doctor, , it had a sort of smile on it, but could be useful, maybe painted different, they had other tikki things too,
It might be useful to some, so check it out!

I just ducked into a dollar store to hedge out a passing t-storm and found myself buying a container of realistic looking bugs of all shapes and sizes...(after washing them a few times) I'll put those in my "realistic looking dirt" dessert...not at the dollar store but worthy of a post anyway...does anyone just love those chocolate rocks that are essentially an M&M but they are shaped like small stones and sprayed various colors to look like rocks. (I think i'll toss some of those in there too!) I might just have to make this dirt for my dad's birthday since I can't wait for Halloween! Once I get a recipe I'll post it...but the dollar store rocks for party stuff!
