Frenchy i dont know how it is up in hamilton but down in Niagara i have found that the goodwill and SA pricing has gotten a little out of hand.> I mean i was in looking for a shirt for my grave grabber and the cheapest one i could find they wanted $7.99 for.. I can go to wally world and get a a new one for that price..

Scream1973, that is pricey for a used shirt! Around here goodwill seems to be the pricier of the two. We have a couple of local thrift shops, that are not part of a nation chain, or what ever you call it, that are cheaper than the either SA or goodwill on clothes..
Yeah, definate brownie points for hubby! He doesn't get as excited this early as me, but he has a car obsession, so understands the obsession part. And he secretly loves halloween as much as me, at the camp ground, when people are looking at my stuff, he's nugging me saying, listen to them, they think it's cool, and actually is quite proud of me. He actually told me so, which he usually doesn't do, he told me he loved my latest prop head, and was impresed and amazed by it, cuz it started out with a piece of styrofoam (wig head). He usually doesn't throw praise around alot, so it felt good. One of these days will get the pic of the prop head on here.

bethene, what a score! and by your husband? my husband wouldn't even know what a blacklight was used for, let alone what one was. he did buy me a big, fat, plush, jumping spider one year. shocked the heck out of me! you can never have to many of some things and blacklights are one of them.

Hallo ,the main reason he knows is we set up at a coupla campgrounds, and he is drafted into helping, up to a point, the tech stuff. But hey, it's great that your hubby bought you a spider! Doesn't ever hurt to have more of them either!
