I found a Huge Monster Prop on Fright Catalog.com website and it was listed as $150 but when i put it in my cart it went up to $1500. are they not required by law to sale it to me at the listed price mistake or not??

Which prop was it?
If you can look at the prop and common sense would tell you that it's worth far more than $150, why would you want to take advantage of such good people? Just email them and let them know about the misplaced decimal.

Legally, no. For at least two reasons:
Their advertised price doesn't constitue an 'offer', it is an advertisement.
Even if it did constitue an 'offer', as RookySpooker said, if it should have been obvious that the monster was worth more than was listed (i.e. Fright Catalog made a mistake in the offer) so they couldn't be held to the offer.
Walmart and other stores will usually give you an item for the advertised or 'shelf' price when the actual price is higher, but they do only in cases where the difference is fairly small, and they aren't legally obligated to do so...it's for customer relations.Fright in Falcon - Behind the Scenes
