Thanks to Larry's new forum enhancements I have created an album in my profile with shots of my Spooky Town display. I have it set-up the entire month of October. Let me know what you think and if you have any question or comments.

I am not sure this link will work but here goes - Halloween Forum - jbrimaco's Album: Spooky Town

    Thanks again Larrry.

Looks great! I love how you used the cotton to look like fog. I so can't wait to get mine started. I bought my first piece a couple of weeks ago.

    Digbugsgirl,
Thank you for the complement on the cotton fog. I really can't take a lot of credit on things. My wife comes up with the ideas and I just try to find ways to make they a reality. Enjoy you first building. I am sure that will change in the near future.

I used pink insulation for the base. I have four different hieghts or layers for the buildings. I used latex paint to seal all the base. Then glued down moss, and bird grit for the covering around the buildings. You do have to do the layout of everything before you add the "stuff" to make it look real.

    jbrimaco,

How nice that we can make albums like this now......hope we are going to have access to a lot more inspirational photo's. I think your town is absolutely beautiful. I have a huge Xmas village and have been trying for awhile to get started with a Halloween one. Seeing yours here will surely get me thinking about this again. Thank You for sharing these great photo's.

    Scream1973,
Very nice bunch of pictures. I love the night shots. I am never patient enough to take the night photos.

    Muffy,
I am just so pleased with the forum upgrades. Larry has really out done his self this time!
I am sure we will be seeing more inspiration in the coming future. Of course that means more ideas and work for me at Halloween.
BTW- I use some Chirstmas stuff in my Spooky Town. Funny what a little black paint can do to snow! LOL
