I know some people from HF went---so where are the pics and info (maybe I missed a post)?

I forgot to take pics, but I had a great time. The education was excellent this year, but the show floor was smaller than in previous years

Chubacabra, If the organizers continue to alienate vendors, the showfloor size will continue to dwindle away. Bodybag Entertainment was supposed to attend, we were vending, hosting a 90 minute XTREME HAUNT FX made EZ demo, and Helping out with the all-day seminar with the BADBOYS, But The organizers proceeded to breach our contract, so we gave notice of our cancelation 3 weeks prior to the show start.
Ive been informed that they didnt bother to cancel our DEMO and we had a room full of people wasting their morning waiting on us. BAD BUSINESS!
Now if you want to see a packed show floor, and experience 75 hours of education, you should hit up MHC Haunted House Convention | Midwest Haunters Convention | Columbus, Ohio
with over 70 vendors, their show floor will exceed the TRANSWORLD Haunt show. If I had my choice out of ALL the shows every year, this is the one!

How exactly did they breach the contract? (I'm just curious)

Chubracabra , simply put this event tried nickle and diming us. Alot of people do not realize what it costs a vendor to be at these shows, between transport, lodging, food, and boothing costs, a show like this would easily run into the 4000-5000 range..... Thats alot of product that has to be sold just to break even.... then you get a organizer that wants to drop in additional charges on you, Nah not worth going.
I will give HauntCON credit, the organizer went above and beyond to get us at his event this year, only to lose us at the end.....
