Anyone outhere had any experience with applyling latex to bucky, over screws and hinges? How well does it work? How much do need to buy to do one full size bucky?

I go for the rotted flesh look when I do a corpse.
So I usually use strips of cotton on Bucky's joints, like fingers and shoulders.
It makes them look more like there is still flesh attached to the bone.
It also hides the hinges and screws.

I brush a small amount of latex where I want the cotton then place the cotton where I want it.
When dry I go over the cotton with more latex to get the texture I want.

I don't know how much latex it would take to do a Bucky completely.
I guess it would depend on what look you're trying to achieve.

Can you tell US what look you are going for? Skin, corpse, crispy critter, etc.
