I'm really considering purchacing my first real bucky. I'm not sure what size to buy? Do most people buy the one that is around $80, which stands at 4ft tall or the one that is 5' 4" which is over $100?

Most of us tend to buy the ones that are the fuller 5'6". Look around to find them cheaper than the $100+ . It used to be that there would be a sale for them yearly for about $60 each, but that may be relegated to the "good ole days" now. Watch for group buys as a possibility, but that may be over with the transition of the bucky sales to a different group. Finally, on ebay, there is constantly the full bucky for about $100 (including shipping). I've bought this before, and have been happy...Here's an example of that:

    Hope that helps...Happy hunting!

Thanks for the link to the ebay, the only problem is they don't ship to Canada. That's an awesome price though. I hope I can find one that will send to Canada.

Hey Mummy, what do you plan on doing with the Bucky? I would love to hear. Like to hear new ideas!
Linus: You've heard about fury and a woman scorned?
Charlie Brown: Yes, I guess I have.
Linus: Well that is nothing compared to the fury of a woman who has been cheated out of tricks or treats!

    13mummy,

    Here's another link for you...

They've got the Bucky for $97 and change, and it will be about $35 for shipping to Winnepeg, Canada. Not as good of a price as the other, but still cheaper than the $160 normal price plus additional shipping. Good luck!

Skeletons - thanks so much. Now lets see if I have the mula. =)

Spook - well I'm not sure yet. I've never had a bucky before. So I was thinking of either putting the stain on it to make it look older or I will corpse it. Then I have to figure out were to put it. Do I put it on the porch in a chair, or somewhere in the graveyard. Not sure how to stand it up though.

Mummy, that is what the coffin plans were for. I'm planning on putting a bucky in the coffin and have a pneumatic cylinder lunge it forward. Good luck with your search.

These guys have a 3-pack deal, one Bucky, one Bart and a Mr. Thrifty for under $200, plus shipping. Good price if you're looking to have a skellie family.

That's a great idea John. Except I don't have a pneumatic cylinder and not to sure what it is.
