I checked the paper today and they have 23" wheels for $15 and 31" for $20.
Might be a good buy for those putting together a pirate ship and need a helm.

Do you think they are usable for a static hearse?
Can you stake my heart?

Depends on how big the hearse is. A 31" wheel would probably make a pony-drawn hearse.

I love biglots!

i bought garden wheels on ebay last spring for our hearse we made last halloween , they are 36" so yes those can be used for a STATIC hearse but CANNOT support the weight of the hole hearse on them http://s21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...ch1971/hearse/

If anyone has a Rural King nearby their 31" wagon wheels are $15.00 and they have a heavier steel type for $20.00 if I remember correctly. I don't think the wooden ones would support much weight unfortunately but they do have the look for a cool hearse!

Stopped at our local Big Lots today and they didn't have any wheels. Strange. Maybe I'll try another local one some time later this week.
