On my web page I have linked to the Halloween countdown:

    http://www.halloweencountdown.com/

However, it will not change each day. Can anyone help me figure out why?

I'm excited as you are. I have to think of a costume again.

Run a search on the internet for a countdown clock. You should be able to copy a source code and manipulate it to work on your own.

200 days is crunch time... that's just around the corner!!!!

I've been thinking about making a wooden countdown placque for my house but haven't had too much time to invest into it. Need a cheap source of numbers that can be taken on and off easily.

Why not create a digital clock to count it down and attach it to the sign.

    I run that site also.
You cannot save the graphic directly to your server.

Go to http://www.halloweencountdown.com/ and simply cut and paste code onto your site. Then the graphic will show up on your site and automatically update.

Stop by tour local wally world and ask a manager for a couple of the large black on white flip number signs they use on merchandise displays. I used a couple of them last year. They work great and are changed out quickly.
