    Mine:

When I was about eleven or twelve, I got up on the roof of our house and bombed trick-or-treaters with water balloons as they came up on our porch (I was going to use urine-filled ones, but realized that that would have gotten me into a hell of a lot of trouble).

When I was thirteen: me and this other kid were prowling around this fundy church where they were praying against Halloween (they did that every year), wondering how to create a stir; meanwhile there was this stray dog that had been following us around all evening, and when we ran across a tin can — inspiration struck.

The church was very long and rectangular, with a long sidewalk running up one of the sides (adjacent to the parking lot); we tied the tin can to the dog's tail (mean as hell, I know), spooked the dog by dropping the can right behind him, and he went dashing straight up the entire length of the sidewalk, making the most horrible racket that I had ever heard.

We could only imagine what must have been taking place inside, because we didn't stay long; but it felt thoroughly exhilarating as we hot-footed it into the night, unable to control our laughter.

We never knew what became of the poor dog, but we knew this much: we had scored a big one for Halloween!

I remember when I was 10 in 4th grade. My friend and I were going to go trick-or-treating together. His dad had this spray glue which was like super glue which looked like sillystring when it was sprayed from the can. At school on the day of halloween we were telling our friends we were going to use it instead of regular sillystring. When we ran into one of our other friends while TOTing we sprayed some ordinary sillystring at him and he was freaked out because he thought he had superglue all over him.

Dumb and dangerous, I was 6:

Black cat cardboard cutout, hersheys kisses wrappers to make the eyes shine, skateboard, dark street, watch for cars...

Dummy laying in the street, rope tied to both arms. Alongside are kids also laying in the street, car comes, real kids get up and run away to the sides of the street, pull on ropes, making the dummy pop up just in time to be hit by the car. (this kids laying and running thing was a regular game around here for some reason, so the hitting the dummy just seemed a natural extension of that stupid game)

Weeks before Halloween my friends and I (we were in the 6th grade) decided to start stealing the silverware from the lunch cafeteria. On the night of Halloween we all met at the school and stuck all the silverware in the ground very near the entrance... We heard the janitor grumbling under his breath the next morning when we arrived off the school bus..

i don't remember doing a halloween prank really. i hope a halloween related april fools prank would count. i saw on ebay around halloween time some film up for auction that stated it would put a ghost in each picture you took. i purchased the film. i figured if i took the pictures at halloween time no one would think anything of it so i waited and took family christmas pictures with the film. then i waited to have it developed and then picked it up on april fools day. my husband, mom, daughter, and grandson went with me to the city to do some stuff and i had them swing by and we picked up my film. i had no idea what the pictures would be like. the ghosts were there, yet kind of subtle. some noticed the ghosts right off, some looked at a couple or so before noticing. the comments were hilarious. my daughter made comment, i know you, it has got to be a trick, but she finally decided how i couldn't do that. i had a grandson looking at them drag me out of the house telling me never to go back, i had ghosts. one friend threw them in the air and told me to get a priest and bless my house. one person told me i had better get my money back because the photo company had ruined my pictures. one person decided i must have some gaurdean angels keeping my back. and so many more comments. it was a riot. if i ever do it again, i would love to show the pictures where their faces are being recorded.
