    I have compiled a short list of themes. Please add more...

    Bloody Massacre (bodies everywhere, blood, blooded knifes, weapons)
    Camping (tent, fire, lawn chairs, sleeping bag, backpack)
    Circus (clowns, animals, freak show, snakes, a lot of colors)
    Devil / Hell (pentagram, candles, fire)
    Pirate (ship, parrot, mast, ships wheel, walk the plank)
    Swamp thing (alligator, snakes, moss, murky black water)
    Train wreck (Big cardboard containers, bodies everywhere)
    Zombies (dead bodies)
    Zoo (cages with animals)
    Prom night (tiara, streamers, balloons, 80's music)
    Cemetery of the Dead (tombstones, bodies coming out of grave)
    Ghosts (illusion of ghosts floating, hanging ghosts, sounds, chains)
    Mad Scientist (test tubes, frankenstein, glowing liquid)
    Black Lagoon (alligator, snakes, moss, murky black water)
    Kids / Baby room (baby bed, toys, creepy dolls)
    Children of the Corn (corn stalks, jack o lanterns)
    Old persons house (throw pillows, old man dead in chair, tv, medicine)
    Satanic (pentagram, candles)
    Dead Princess (pink room, tiara, overdose)
    Barn (pitchforks, hay, tractor)
    Gremlins (furry animals)
    Doll room (dolls evil possessed)
    Animals (snakes, spiders, bats, dogs, cats, insects)
    Harry Potter (books, glasses, brooms, cauldron)
    Witch (cauldron, brooms, cackling sounds, books)
    Dungeon (chains, block wall, torture chamber)

    Here's mine- Ghoul School- A School for Halloween Ghouls (ranges from monsters, spells, and that kinda stuff)

    Don't forget vampires, Dracula theme! Bats, coffin, skellywith fangs and a stake thru the heart, , bottles of blood, etc.
    I have flying monkeys- and I'm not afraid to use them!

    After the shift I had last night in the ER, I suggest HOSPITAL...you know, nurse goes crazy and starts doing all kinds of interesting (and very bloody) procedures on people (mostly doctors who have pissed her off) without benefit of anesthesia...lots of scalpels, retractors, electrical equipment, blood, guts, screaming...

    Ancient Egypt? Mummies, curses, magic...

    Medievel themes--the inquisition, torture chambers, knights.

    I also think a variant of the graveyard theme could be interesting--maybe use cowboy getups for a "haunted Boot Hill" theme, or do one for famous celebrities who have "moved on." Elvis, anyone?
