Hi all, can anyone suggest some really good white face make-up. Every year I feel like a clown which is not the look I am going for. I want something that looks more professional, not as heavy, where my face looks pale, but not caked on. Any suggestions?

Stay out of the sun until October.

Ok, just kidding. Seriously, use the creams (in a tube), and mix white with flesh-colored. Spread it around on your hands first, then rub all over your face.

Heya Sppokilicious, Great sceenname, anyway, you also take ordinary white cremefacepaint and mix it together with skin lotion to thin it out, gives it a very translucient nature to it. and you dont look like a clown, or a cheesy 1930s ghost. ahBOO

Thanks I will try that as well. Do you have any hint on how to make spider web look more real?

The only hint I have for spider webbing (if you mean the big blob of white stuff that comes in a plastic bag) is STRETCH STRETCH STRRREEETTTCCCHHHH it out. The thinner it is the better it looks.
Actually the best spider webs I ever made I did with a hot glue gun and some hot glue gun pads...the directions are in this link:

The results were awesome!

Oh, P.S.:
My favorite makeup is made by a company called Ben Nye. They have all different shades, and their "Vampire" base is a great pale shade with grey undertones, not clownish at all. I get mine at a little local store that carries costumes, makeup, props, and all things Halloween. It's called Glen's Fair Price Store, (no kidding!) and is a community institution. But here's the link to the Ben Nye website:
