    If anyone is interested, and assuming they have a hobbylobby near them, they have their new summer 2008 metal ware out and one of the items is an actual ball & chain shackle.

    I'ts kinda odd to see that in a hobbylobby, especially as a garden decoration, but whatever. The thing weighs about 8lbs and would make a great accessory to a pirate or torture prop. This week they are having a 50% off sale, so you can two for the priceof one.

    Stonegate - FYI: Grandin Road also has a ball & chain shackle (made from styrofoam though) for clearance right now for $7.00 or $13.00 depending on which one you buy. Here's the link if you're interested:
