We pre-checked out a local auction and one item was an old wooden case half filled with antique embalming fluid bottles - the case even had it written on the outside. Unfortunately I was working the next day (Saturday) and was unable to attend the auction itself.
HOWEVER - I have a number of antique glass dye bottles which look so similar to the embalming fluid bottles that all I need to do is make up an authentic looking label and I'll have some cool props for this Halloween. May keep my eyes open for a cheap wooden case to mark up as well.
Never thought about this before, inspiration for props comes from so many different sources!
