    Good for you.

Remember the days before ebay was popular and you could really get steals on stuff? Now, you go to a pawn shop or thrift shop and in many cases over half their sales are ebay. (so they are pretty aware of the value of stuff)

Sending jealous vibes to Jack and Kallie^^^^^^^^ Great finds you two! I love thrift stores. Last year I found a vintage halloween card at our local ARC thrift store. I could spend hours shopping those places. I have yet to score on the old "curbside" marketplace but I'll have to keep my eyes open.

I was in a thrift store a few days ago and was eyeing a 24" tall ceramic angel. I was trying to decide if it would work in my graveyard or not. A couple were looking at it, and the woman said "Oh, what a lovely angel." Her husband remarked that it looked like it belonged in a cemetery. I just couldn't pass it up after hearing that. I went back last weekend and found a nice kids rocking chair for my skeletal little girl to sit in this year. Thrift stores can be a haunter's paradise.

Otaku, that's too funny. Bet that guy didn't even realize he helped you make up your mind. This past Halloween I decorated my kitchen into a witch's kitchen complete with potion shelf - most of the bottles I found were from the thrift store. Some people just don't know the value of the things they get rid of. Lucky for us!!

Can't wait for it to warm up so the swap meet starts up again.

I have found a couple coolers and a BIG water tank along a stretch of road near the house. This year, though. Thanks to all the high winds.

Or should I say 2 fog chillers, and soon to be one mighty big cauldron?
