A Poll for co-op interest.

'just came from one of the DIY Christmas forums where they regularly place co-op orders for lights, controllers, etc and wondered how that would go here...

Say we found a place with good Bucky, (skull or complete body) prices and inquired abt multiple unit orders(say 10 or more at a time).. say they're normally $79/ea but for 10 or more they're $69 and for 20 or more they're $59, would we be able to get enough interest to place an order .. at least 10 or more?

Wouldnt ness. be just Buckys, could be anything, VSA orders, Exorcist boards, lights, wiper motors for props, pirate hats.. pressure mats, black lights, strobes, vienna sausages.. anything thats normally ordered during the year that we might get a price break on in a quantity order. Just an idea to lower the cost of the stuff we need..

One pitfall I can see is shipping.. would it be possible to get the items we need shipped to those that buy them, or does the order go to one person and the order is split up from there? I can see the electronics-type of stuff getting shipped froom a central person to those placing orders as mailing's cheap enuff, but buckys...? dunno..

is the no one interested in bulk orders, ever?

Anything in particular you'd like see bulk ordered? skulls, lights, air valves/actuators? I think Bucky torsos'd be an item, as it could be put on PVC legs with pants... Other thing could be servo plates, or 3-axis rods/bearings.. I'd order 5-10 myself... same with bucky skulls..
