It's not actually a 'line' but it always comes to mind when this kind of thing gets brought up...
Remember in Poltergeist when the Mom is about to go throught the vortex type thing in the closet and she's got the rope tied around her and looks back and says, "DON'T LET GO!'
And he says, "NEVER!"
So, what's the first thing he does? I just always thought that was funny.

Other than that, there are always the great unrepeatable lines from the Exorcist and of course, THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU!
Which I would guess is probably the most recognizable horror movie line of all time!

I have to say the Exorcist scared me so bad...for years my sister and I would call each other before bed while our hubby's were working the night shift. Somehow or other the topic of that movie would come up, or a line from the movie would be interjected into the conversation and then we would both end up getting totally freaked out. Good thing it was before I had children and had to act like a responsible adult
