hi all , i am trying to shop at buycostumes.com and it is not the first time i shop there but after adding all my item to cart and choosing a shiping i am trying to add the coupon code i got via email and i get this message This coupon can not be used with other promotions.

but in the coupon email it cleary states that it is for clearance and blowout items so why wont it give it to me ????

anyone ran into that same problem ? 40% off exra is a sweet deal so i would like to use it

Maybe you could try ordering by phone so could talk to a person and see what gives.

well i think thats what i'll do tomorow since i tried sevral time and still wont work.....and their closed today so.....my problem ordering by phone even if i am doing ok with speaking english (french being my first langage) is i have to spell everything to them , name , adress , etc lol takes forever , we have to repeat it sevral times too and i am not at ease speaking english over the phone , makes me nervous it is not the same as in person having the person in front of you

Well my Canadian friend, maybe that's the problem. Their computer must only speak English (only kidding). Good Luck!
