if I had to guess, I'd say it's flash animation rear projected or just a large TV mounted in front of the window.

If I recall correctly, I think he used an LED projector on a white sheet.

Wow! Outstanding video! I'd say a digital projector on to translucent fabric covering the window. Any ways who ever the person is they are very talented.
