Has it ever been discussed as to using the chat room as a live "prop how-to" question and answer session? Just thought it would be a neat idea to have a way to ask something to a live person, or group of people, and discuss the issue rather than reading a post and wondering about a particular part of it.
Just an idea, if anyone wants to proceed with this notion, I'll be happy to offer anything I can to help you out. I suppose we could set a regular date and time and have it when it's best convenient to those who want to participate.
What do you think?

I like it! We could set up a pre-determined meeting time, for example, every Wednesday at 10:00/11:00/12:00/1:00 (P/M/C/E time zones). Question is, who would pick the topic? We could do them like "brown bags", where each session would be moderated by a different "subject matter expert" and be all about his or her area of expertise, with others adding their own experience, but someone would still have to pick the person/topic. Why don't you throw together a poll with several popular (general) topics & see what gets the most votes.
Well, I was thinking that since a lot of members really don't know each other, other than thier posts, it would be hard to select the right person for any particular subject. So the chat sesion would be just an over-all general prop how-to section. If it went well and their were a few members wanting to discuss one certain prop, then another room could be created for it and those who were interested could jump to that topic.
For example, I could talk about anything from basic to advanced molding and sculpting, to running a professional Haunt, all the way to make full silicone props and appliances.
I'm sure other members are muti-taskers as well and have a wealth of knowledge to share.
Tues. nights are best for me, but I'll make arrangements if a different day is selected.
Thanks for your input, this ball just might get rolling.

I just find myself in awe of all the talent here and wonder what I could possibly bring to the table. I'm sure there is something, I just can't think of it right now.
