Next year we are going to do a Halloween Family Fued game, I was wondering what to do as prizes.
We would do two games with the teams being of five people, so I would need 10 prizes.
Then a play off round with the 2 winning teams, that would have the same five people who won one of the first games win the play off round. A different 5 prizes?
Than if we did the bonus round when you have 2 players try to reach 200 points, if they win, a different 5 prizes? and what if they don't get to the 200 points, I have 5 unused prizes?
Any ideas would be great!

Man cannot live on bread alone.... (unless he is in a cage and that is all you feed him.)

One nice thing about typing out your questions is it gives you a oppertunity to think about the question clearly.
How I will be choosing the contestents will be they have to have a costume (all most all of our party goers do) and then they will go into a drawing to play.
What I am looking for now is ideas for 10 cheap prizes $1 - $5 for the "losers".
5 prizes for the second place team about $5 - $10
5 prizes for the Big winners, they will get this if they win the Bonus round or not $10 - $20.

I don't know about you but I like for the prizes at my party to be Halloween or horror related. I start picking up horror DVDS off the $5 rack at Walmart several months in advance.
Target has some nice Halloween / fall gourmet candy (Lindt truffles and such) for $5 to $10 when it gets closer to the season.
You can get a 6 pack of pumpkin ale or some other Halloween themed alcoholic beverage for $6 to $15.
And if you can't come up with anything else for the winners you could always put one of each of those things in a gift basket for them. My "Best Overall Costume" prize consisted of a 6 pack of pumpkin ale, the special edition Halloween DVD, and a bag of Jelly Belly "Monster Mash Mix" jelly beans all packaged nicely together in a small black tub with jack-o-lanterns on the sides.
