Last one I got a skeleton in a cape snowglobe which has red snow inside which is probably blood. I didn't get it during Halloween time but in The Edinburgh Dungeon

I just got back from Big Lots...they still have a little Halloween stuff left over at 90% off. I bought a $30 talking skull for $3.00 and a $10 bag of body parts for $1. Not a bad score

The last item I bought is a totally old school looking (as in 80's!) lantern with a witch's head inside. When you turn it on the eyes flash and it makes a really annoying sireny noise. It had to be 'operated on' just to make it work. I LOVE iT!

Yesterday I picked up a fog machine from target for a $1.00.

In our case it’s “items” not just one item, lol. Our items were last purchased on Nov. 1st. After that, all the Halloween stuff disappeared from the stores here.

Well I didn't buy it myself but a friend of mine just send me a 'crawling hand' as a gift.

She moved back to the states in September. She used to come to all our parties and went all out with her costumes. When she moved, she left me all her costumes and masks from previous years. As a joke, I made a tombstone tribute to her. The guy behind the tombstone is wearing one of her masks.

She liked the tribute so much that she thanked me by sending me the 'marked down' crawling hand that she bought after halloween. I told her I'd let it crawl in front of her tombstone haha
It was a very nice surprise. I LOVE getting packages from the states. Especially when they are unexpected. I'm like a kid at christmas when that happens lol

I got a talking Boris at big Lots's for 5 bucks, and a witch hat , vampire make up with teeth, and two gothic type necklaces all for the great price of $1.48. at Walmart. No where else seemed to have much after halloween, bummer.

I got my order from Buycostumes.com and I got 2 signs, chain gang links and some scene-setter type borders.

SpiritHalloween got most of my after Halloween money this year. I generally prefer to build my props, so I bought some of thier gauze stuff and moss for my tombstones. Then wifey went to the local store on it's last day and got pirate stuff for her and the little one. 50% off was not bad, but in years past I swore it was 75% off on November 1. Shrug at least it is not full price.
