Didn't turn out as well as hoped but here are some shots.
Last years costume as a prop.
My costume was the guy on the left.He came down I went up.Mask was a duplicate head made into a mask complete with lite up eyes.Good for a few scares.

The big guy who is chained down is a stalkabout I built last year.He was a static prop this year.Everyone remembered him and would not go near it.
