The face in the jar is from a Gemmy talking candy dish. I peeled the skin off it to hack the inside components (unsuccessfully) The face worked perfectly for a jar though.

The ghost in the window is a "Flying Crank Ghost" arguably the best Halloween prop you can build. It gets lots of attention as I have it going for a few hours every evening in October.

I got about 125 Tots. About double the amount the neighborhood normally gets because this is my third year of expanding my setup, so the kids come by from farther away to see what's new.

Awesome job! Love the really tall guy with lantern. He reminds me of someone from the haunted House. Nice job, wish I could do more outside, we get Santa Ana winds this time of year (I am sure you saw the fire news here in Calif), we were evacuated for one day. The winds were clocked at 108 MPH in the pass. I set up my inflatibles in the front that day and then take down that night. Again, great job!!

The skeleton on the wall is great--but the monk in the graveyard is spectacular!
