Thank you! It was fun, for sure.

Btw- my wife got me this prop from JC Pennies last month and it was a real hit! One of those big lighted lawn props with tons of mini lights on it, and movement as well. I prefered to light it from the front and keep the mini lights off, as the detail showed more. See a short vid here-

OMG looks great!! I love your setup!~

Out of curiosity...how did you get those AMAZING night shots?? What kind of camera did you use. All the pics I took does not do it justice, I don't have night shots!!

Thanks! I have a digital camera set to night mode. This mode lets in more light. You must take the pictures with a tripod because the of the longer exposure time. The processing time after 'snapping' the picture with my camera is about three to four seconds- too long to hold still by hand. Tripod is a must. But unlike flash mode, the result is worth it with brilliant color. Some shots I edited the brightness/contrast a wee bit in a photo editor, but very little actually. Of course, it helps to have a decent lighting scheme going on to photograph in the first place! And mine isn't anything special- just spots placed so as not to wash out each other. Many folks here are way better with lighting than me. But with a little effort with lighting and picture taking, you get some nice looking pictures for the memories.

What I will 'toot' about is my Jack. Took about two hours carving that sucker with a knife that wasn't really appropriate for the job. It was too big. The kit originally came with a small thin jig saw knife which, as they all do, broke! Didn't stop me!
