Hello all,

I had a great Halloween this year and for a number of reasons!
1) DST was not a factor. The TOT's started off at about 6:20 and it got dark at 6:45 so most of the night was in the dark. I think the parents held back their kids a little longer than before.

2) Those early and pre-teen boys who sometimes try to prove that they are not scared and threaten props with a push-over actually sought me out to ask how I made them, how are they moving, and to tell them the secrets to how liquid in the witches potion bottles were glowing without a light in them.

3) Some of the same early and pre-teen boys above actually called their parents to tell them to pack everyone up and take the drive over to my house, which some did. I had vans and SUV's pulling up and whole families getting out. Awesome.

4) I over-bought candy and thought I would be eating it for weeks but it turned out to be a good thing since the traffic was way more than last year.

5) The new props were a hit and the old ones are still a big draw.

6) The TOT's had trouble picking me out from among the standing props which made for some loud screams, especially from the teen girls!

7) My little TOT's had a great night!
