Well we decided to do a small yard haunt that grew bigger than we expected. (there are pics somewhere else on this site).

My neighbors told us we would be dissappointed with the turnout but we went for it anyway. We had about 300 kids. Multiple trailer loads and jambed up street with cars blocking traffic.

We had lots of compliments and scared kids. We saw some of the neighbors scrambling out to get more candy.

My 80 year old neighbor came by about 830 and told us that the 40 years he has been there this was by far the largest turnout ever.

If you build it, They will come..

Same here. This was my first year also. We live in a pretty small neighborhood. I thought. MAYBE 50 would come.

I started to get scared at some points because no one was coming. By about 7:00, they started pouring in. Two trucks pulled up and dumped A HUGE load!
