    that's weird...the one near me never marks anything down! in fact, you show up after halloween, there's a sign on the door saying they don't mark anything down because they sell halloween stuff year round....of course....i never seem to find it unless it's near october....funny, eh?

    I think it's a combo of both - they mark it down, but they do box it up at their deadline. They don't leave it out for long. Our PC is Halloween-less by Nov. 1.
