I'm ready! This year has been my best year so far. I shamelessly stole my theme from Universal's Halloween Horror Nights 15. The Terra Queen!
What you see here is actually half of what will be out for Halloween. On Halloween I will put out four arches that has evil things hanging down with scares in between. I call it the Haunted Sidewalk. I will post the Haunted Sidewalk props after Halloween. If you want to see them in construction go to this link which has all my Halloween pictures:

Now for some pictures:
I got so lucky that the full moon was behind my house. Here you will see what is at the bottom of the small hill I have near the street.
Overall shot.
All the ToTs have been warned!
This is my favorite. I saw these flicker lights for Christmas and thought they would look like a campfire.
This is the Terra Queen. I have a spotlight on her in the house. To the left you see a bit of the Hell Fire!
This is the Terra Throne and the Blood Tree. The Terra throne is made from a resin chair covered with split blowmold skeleton bones, Great Stuff, Bamboo, a mask and a whole lot of spray paint.
The Blood Tree is made from 8-foot plywood with the the sawn off pieces glued back on to give it depth. Behind everything I have a combination of 2 red police lights, red strobe light and a torch light blocked with screens so it gives the illusion of fire mysteriously surrounding the Terra Queen. I will be sitting on the throne (the Terra Queen) handing out candy to those brave kids who made it all the way through the Haunted Sidewalk.
Victims. The Hanging guy I took down later. Due to the political climate I thought it was best. The gallows look scary enough.
Terra Queen's treasured pet.
Awesome shot of the full moon!
So, what do you all think?........

Your display is really awesome! BTW, where did you find that large spider? It would go great in my haunt, too!

Thank you all for the terrific compliments. We nick-named the basement where I created this stuff as my Lair because I spent so much time on it. Can't wait for tonight!
I plan on spending a lot more time here. I want to look at all of your creations. Is there a central place where everyone's pictures are?

I got the spider at Oriental Trading. It's on sale right now for $25. I did enhance him. I got really fluffy black yarn and cut it into tiny pieces. Then hot- glued the yarn pieces onto sections of the spider's body and cut it close to the skin. I basically 'flocked' it and now it has a much more realistic look.
Here is the link to the spider at Oriental Trading:
