We only put up the graveyard fence and columns, tombstones (Walgreens foam) and lights/ props that are up high before Halloween.
We sit outside for TOT time, both to hear the comments and to keep an eye on the expensive or special stuff that is only out during TOT time on the big day. Those also all come in the same night.
We've never had any vandalism or theft, but I'm uber paranoid, so I don't want to take the risk or tempt any kids or adults into stealing or breaking anything. I would really be destroyed if that happened - maybe not even do Halloween that year.
